LTD (TGE group) and Beijing Huaqi Information and Digital Technology Co. Ltd, for violating Netac patent right in USB flash drive.

August 13th, 2 months after Netac winning the USB Flash Drive Patent Lawsuit against TAI GUEN ENTERPRISE CO. LTD (TGE group) in first instance trial, Netac raised another USB Flash Drive Patent Lawsuit against Sony, requesting Sony to stop violating its USB Flash Drive invention patent and 10-million-RMB compensation.
